KANSAS CITY, MO. (Aug. 24, 2018) – The Our Lady of the Lake University (OLLU) golf team received a No. 18 ranking in the 2018 NAIA Men's Golf Coaches' Top 25 Preseason Poll. Receiving all 19 first-place votes was Oklahoma City University earning the Stars the top spot in the preseason edition of the poll. Each of the top six spots remained the same from the postseason poll in the spring.
Head Coach Alan E. Baxter commented, "It is exciting and humbling that the coaches have voted us in the top 25. We have some newcomers so we have to prove ourselves and work hard. It is a long year."
