SAN ANTONIO (March 13, 2018) – The Our Lady of the Lake University (OLLU) Saints baseball team won two of three nonconference games against Wayland Baptist University (WBU). In the first day featuring the doubleheader, the Saints shut out the Pioneers 3-0 and 7-0. They were the first shutouts of the season for the No. 12 team in the NAIA Baseball Coaches' Top 25 Poll. In the series' last game on Tuesday, the Saints lost 10-7. The Saints move to 11-17 overall, while WBU is now 17-7. This was the first match-up between the two teams.
