ABILENE, TEXAS (March 27, 2016) – The Our Lady of the Lake University (OLLU) track and field teams participated in the McMurry University War Hawk Classic at Wilford Moore Stadium and the Carter Throws Complex on Saturday.
Head Coach Stephen Sherman said, "I'm very proud of the athletes who competed at McMurry. McMurry is a place that obviously both Coach Terry Smith and I owe quite a bit to, so it's always nice taking groups of Saints out there where it more or less all started for me and him. In particular, I thought Luis Ramirez (FR/San Antonio, Texas) and Rosalinda Avalos (FR/Alvin, Texas) had a nice day. Both of them continue to improve."
