WAXAHACHIE, TEXAS (April 4, 2017) — Our Lady of the Lake University (OLLU) baseball had a successful road trip, taking both games in a doubleheader against the Southwestern Assemblies of God University (SAGU) Lions.
The Saints' offense erupted and the pitching was solid to improve to 14-21 on the season. The Lions drop to 13-25.
"We had a total team effort this afternoon. After having a tough weekend, we needed to come out and get back to work and did just that," Head Coach Jeremy Flores said. "We need to build off of this momentum and take it into the weekend against a quality team."
