KANSAS CITY, MO. (Dec. 6, 2016) – The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) announced the 2016 Tachikara-NAIA Volleyball All-America Teams, naming Our Lady of the Lake University's (OLLU) Kendall Groff (SR/Helotes, Texas) to the Honorable Mention Team.
Groff is only the second All-American in the Saints volleyball program's brief history, joining former teammate Alysha Blanco, who was an Honorable Mention All-American in 2015.
"Kendall is deserving of this award and we are overjoyed that she has received it," Head Coach Jeremiah Tiffin said. "This is a reward for all of her hard work, both on the court skill work and in the weight room.
"Kendall has given a lot to this program in her four years and for her to attain all the awards she has received this year is a nice way to end her career."
