MONTGOMERY, ALA. (May 17, 2021) – The Our Lady of the Lake University (OLLU) baseball team lost to Freed-Hardeman University (FHU) 11-2 in the first game of the NAIA National Championship Opening Round as part of the Montgomery Bracket.
The Montgomery Bracket consists of No. 5 seed OLLU, No. 4 seed FHU, No. 3 Seed St. Thomas University (STU), No. 2 seed and host Faulkner University and No. 1 seed Vanguard University. The bracket is double elimination and the winner will move on to the NAIA World Series.
