SAN ANTONIO (Feb. 22, 2020) -- The Our Lady of the Lake University (OLLU) women's basketball team defeated Wiley College (WC), 122-86, to win the Red River Athletic Conference (RRAC) regular season championship before a OLLU Homecoming crowd today at Mabee Gymnasium. The Saints improve to 24-5 overall and 16-1 in conference. The Wildcats fall to 11-12 overall and 9-7 in conference.
OLLU women's coach Stacy Stephens said cutting down the nets was special. "It was fun," she said. "As a head coach I never got to do that. I got to do that as a player. I got to do it as an assistant coach. It was the first time as a head coach and it was a very special moment."
