SAN ANTONIO (Nov. 6, 2019) – Our Lady of the Lake University (OLLU) baseball has released its 2020 schedule that includes 25 nonconference games and nine Red River Athletic Conference (RRAC) series matchups. Overall, the team is scheduled to play 52 games in its sixth season that begins Jan. 24.
Head Coach Bryan Aughney commented, "Looking at our 2020 schedule, we have again built one of the tougher schedules in the NAIA. In our first 20 games, we will play four teams that were in the national tournament a year ago, and I expect those same four to be ranked in the top 25 this year. Along with that, our other two opponents had really good seasons as well last year. It will be nice to open things up at home for the first three weeks of the season vs. USAO, CMU, and Tabor. Then we will head on the road for a good test in TWU and Bellevue up in Dallas. We come back home to wrap up the preseason with Midland again before we head on the road to open up conference play at USW.
