LANGSTON, OKLA. (Oct. 31, 2019) – The Our Lady of the Lake University (OLLU) men's basketball team fell short against Langston University (LU) in a close game 85-80. The Saints open the season with a loss and are 0-1 overall, while the Lions improve to 2-0.
Head Coach Chris Dial commented on the game saying, "The guys played hard. They made a ton of mistakes that we can learn from moving forward. There is no time to feel sorry for ourselves. We play a very good Southwestern Assemblies of God University (SAGU) team in about 17 hours. Michael Saladin (SR/Beaumont, Texas) played well, and we got great effort from Christian Fields (JR/Kerrville, Texas) off the bench."
