WACO, Texas – Nathaniel Rodriguez of Our Lady of the Lake University (OLLU) was selected as the Red River Athletic Conference (RRAC) Men's Cross Country Runner of the Week for Sept. 30-Oct. 6, while OLLU's Nadia Sifuentes was recognized as the RRAC Women's Runner of the Week for the same dates. This is the fourth set of cross country awards for the 2019 season.
