MARSHALL, TEXAS (Jan. 17, 2019) – The Our Lady of the Lake University's (OLLU) men's basketball team suffered a 107-62 loss to Wiley College in a Red River Athletic Conference matchup. The Saints drop to 5-11 overall and 3-5 in conference, while the No. 12 Wildcats improve to 14-3 and 6-2 in conference.
Head Coach Chris Dial commented, "We missed some shots early that would've kept us in it. After they grew an early lead, we got away from what we wanted to do, and it went downhill from there. We failed to compete with the energy required to beat a team like WIley. They had their way on the glass, and they forsed a tempo conducive to their offense being successful. We have to get better and tougher in a hurry if we want to win on the road in the conference."
